The XT3 System is used for transverse bone transport of the tibia in skeletally mature adults.
The XT3 system provides stable bridging fixation across a fracture or bone defect during transverse bone transport of the tibia. The system is used in conjunction with 3mm and 5mm half pins.

Adjustment of the XT3 System aligns with other unilateral external fixation systems, using leadscrew rotation to move a component and transport a bone segment.
